The above can be freely designed by the user, and the process does not need anyones support. The user can use it immediately after designing the form without waiting time.

The application provides a simple user interface, just log in to submit different forms, approve forms submitted by others, browse past records and provide mobile phone reminders.
When a form needs to be approved, the application will send a message to remind the user immediately.
